What is the return policy?
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size selection or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. Please review our size guide carefully before ordering.

Where can I ship to?
We are currently only able to ship within the United States. If you are not in one of these designated zones, feel free to reach out to us, and we can try to set up shipping for your location. Additionally, specific items may have their own shipping restrictions.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
The base shipping rate is $4.99 per order, which estimates 3-5 day delivery after fulfillment. Free shipping is available for any order over $70. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
